USA - Media, First Class, Priority, & Express: Charges are fairly based at approximate average cost. Insurance is included on all orders over $250.
For postal delivery outside of U.S.A.: Charges are for approximate actual postage cost. Typical charges for a typical 1 kilo book are: 'First Class Mail International' (Surface), with a 2-4 week delivery time - approximate price: 15 Euro, 12.00 UK Pounds. 'Priority Mail International' with 5-10 day delivery time - approximate price: 23 Euro 18, UK Pounds. For other foreign delivery options such as FEDEX or UPS Worldwide Expedited, please contact us by e-mail for shipping costs. Books and shipments weighing over 1.5 kilos are subject to additional shipping charges.
